What do you need for a quote?+
Your event date, venue, event type and timings are the best starting point. Tell us about any extras or specific requirements too, and we can shape the quote around your celebration.
Do you cover outside Doncaster?+
Yes. Rakle covers surrounding areas and wider South Yorkshire. Any travel requirements are confirmed clearly as part of your quote.
What is included with the DJ setup?+
Your booked setup includes DJ entertainment plus sound and party lighting suited to the event. We will confirm exactly what is included before you book.
Can we choose the music and send a playlist?+
Yes. Share favourite tracks, must-plays, do-not-play choices and playlist ideas. They help us understand your taste while still leaving room to respond to the dancefloor on the night.
Can guests request songs?+
Yes. Guest requests can be part of the night, and supported bookings can also use the Rakle Guest Hub for interactive music requests and party features.
How long do you need to set up?+
Setup time depends on the venue and the equipment booked. We plan access and setup arrangements in advance so everything is ready for the agreed start time.
How do we secure our date?+
Once you are happy with the quote, we will confirm the booking steps and what is required to secure your event date.
How far will Rakle travel?+
We are based around Doncaster and cover South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. For events further away, send us the venue postcode and we can confirm availability and any travel charge.
